Client Success and Enablement Training Manager

Laura is NHA’s Client Success and Enablement Training Manager and has been working in education and healthcare for 15 years. With her Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Training as well as background in curriculum development and design, she works with NHA’s clients and staff to help provide consistent and engaging experiences for all learners. Laura’s passion for healthcare and education extends beyond the workplace, growing up in a family of classroom educators, she’s spent 20 years married to one as well! In addition, she has experienced first-hand the value and need for qualified and skilled entry-level allied health professionals.

Kristiana Routh

Clinical Content Strategist

Kristiana Routh is the Clinical Content Strategist for the National Healthcareer Association.  Her primary focus is on clinical professions including CCMA and CPT as well as products including MA Skillsbuilder™: Clinical/Plus, Anatomy and Physiology, and Medical Terminology. Working for years as an instructor in medical assisting and other allied health programs, her approach to current market need is seen through the lens of both educator and expert.   Kristiana brings over 20 years of experience to the NHA. Prior to working for the NHA she owned her own business as consultant to clients in the allied health education and publishing markets.  She has authored many textbooks. Her most recent, and final, textbook “Pearson’s Comprehensive Medical Assisting, 5th edition” was published in June of 2022.  Kristiana is nationally recognized as a subject matter expert in the field of medical assisting and allied health professions. She has specialized in the areas of accreditation standards, allied health curriculum review and design, and allied health certifications.
