Kristiana D. Routh

Product Content Strategist, RMA (AMT)

Kristiana Routh is a Product Content Strategist with the National Healthcareer Association. Her primary focus is on the clinical professions including medical assisting, phlebotomy, EKG technicians, and patient care technicians. Nationally known as a subject matter expert in the field of medical assisting, Kristiana brings over 20 years of experience from the field. Prior to working for the NHA she owned her own business as consultant to clients in the allied health education fields and she has authored many publications.

Kristiana’s experience focuses on creative solutions for educating learners in the allied health professions. Working for years as an instructor for medical assisting and other allied health programs, her approach to the current need is seen through the lens of both educator and expert.

Leigh Schenck

Sr. Product Manager, NHA

Leigh Schenck is a Senior Product Manager with the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). She is responsible for the full product life cycle of all NHA’s learning resources that are used by institutions to help train allied health professionals. With close to 20 years of product management experience, she is passionate about listening to customers and creating solutions to help solve their needs.
