Jessica Langley-Loep, MS
Executive Director of Education & Advocacy, NHA
Jessica Langley-Loep, MS, is the Executive Director of Education and Advocacy for the National Healthcareer Association (NHA), a leading allied health education and certification exam provider. Her role at NHA puts her at the forefront of national efforts to influence allied health education and training, certification acceptance and regulation throughout the United States. Langley-Loep, a clinician by trade with tenure as a health science education leader has also held national certifications for 25 years. Working alongside physicians, health care professionals, and educators, she is committed to guiding and enhancing certification and quality patient care across various health care settings. Langley-Loep has published an array of articles about and is regularly invited to speak on topics such as the role of certification, regulatory advances, and industry trends in the allied health.
Jake Gleghorn
Chief Strategy Officer, New Orleans Career Center (NOCC)
A seasoned teacher and education leader, as NOCC Chief Strategy Officer, Jake leads strategic planning for the organization, overseeing the nuts and bolts necessary to realize the team’s ideas and aspirations. In addition to helping the entire team prioritize their efforts and fulfill the strategic plan, his role also includes leading marketing communications, talent acquisition, data management, and direct coaching of non-instructional staff.
Prior to NOCC, he worked to build and implement a 10-year vision for learning and community at a New Orleans public school. He also worked as a school leader and strategist for Teach for America and the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. Jake holds a master’s degree in Education Leadership, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a nationally board-certified teacher. He speaks frequently at the national level about NOCC’s role in the city’s workforce development ecosystem and how they built a highly successful and in-demand adult training program.
