NHA’s certification exams are accredited through the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). The NCCA is a nationally recognized third party agency that accredits certification programs which are able to meet and comply with its standards. Students will take the exam either at their school, a PSI testing center near them, or through live remote proctoring at the location of their choice.

Carolyn's Story
Over the years, our ExCPT® exam has helped thousands of people get hired and grow in their career as a pharmacy technician.
Every path to success is unique but the value of certification remains constant. For example, one ExCPT® certification holder, Carolyn Mayer, found her career as a pharm tech later in life, after spending many years as a corporate travel agent. Carolyn took part in the first national certification program offered by her employer, so she prepared for her certification exam while also working.
